ANITA GIGI - INTERNATIONAL creative director, senior interior/environmental designer producing dynamic concepts & spaces for museums, galleries, libraries and commercial ventures. Career highlights: lead designer at the 57th & 59th Venice Biennale for the Australian Pavilion (Tracey Moffatt) & New Zealand Pavilion (Yuki Kihara).

ANITA GIGI DESIGN is based in Melbourne, Australia.

As a design educator at Monash University, she became enamoured with the ability to combine diverse cultural narratives & works of art into a tangible space. Her thoughtful, collaborative and narrative-driven approach to design has led to a strong connection with both clients, institutions and audiences.
             
Specialisation and expertise in the use of moving image and digital technologies, has given ANITA GIGI an in-depth insight into visual communication that inspires.

Currently the studio is focusing on creating new dialogues between UX/spatial design/museums and the insertion of digital technology to generate a more inspirational & relatable UX expeience.

ANITA GIGI is lead exhibition designer for the artist Yuki Kihara, the New Zealand representative at the 59th Venice Biennale and Light: Works From Tate’s Collection at ACMI, both in 2022.
